Shipping and Handling

In stock orders ship within 48 hours.

Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.

If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped completely within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately. Please contact us for availability.

Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-14 days.

Your order may be shipped per Expedited shipping for an additional cost.

Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.

Oversized shipments will ship to your local freight hub for pickup.

We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.

Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.

In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.

We do not ship COD orders.

International orders are non-returnable.

Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned parts, as the shipping is a service rendered and cannot be refunded.

Insurance is at optional Cost. Please see damage/loss Claims for streamline.

 

Damage/Loss Claims

The customer will need to and is responsible for contacting MM Spares in order to initiate a damage or loss claim. If damaged, please submit an email to info@mmautospares.com explaining the damage along with photos of the product received and the packaging. Please inspect freight shipments for damage prior to signing for them. If damage is found, please be sure it is noted on the bill of lading prior to accepting the package. Failure to note damage on freight shipments may result in a denial of the damage claim. When the claim is confirmed, we can order and send a replacement for the damaged merchandise. If you are present when the damaged package arrived, please sign for the package and in the same screen write DMG which will be indicated it was damaged upon arrival. Damaged parts must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Estimated time of shipment delivery by the carrier. You are emailed the day the shipment is sent with the tracking number and invoice. If the shipment does not arrive near the estimated time of shipping delivery, please contact us within 15 days of this estimated time. Estimated times are provided by the shipping carrier. We do not guarantee estimated delivery times as this is a service solely provided by the shipping carrier

 

Refunds and Exchanges

Buyer may request for returns that they buy from MM Spares, for products which are defined as returnable. Buyer is eligible for returns only in the following cases:

1. Products with manufacturing defect

2. Damaged Product

3. Wrong Product

4. Missing Product

Buyer is requested to provide Order Number along with images clearly demonstrating the damage / missing product in the shipment while raising a return or replacement request.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you want to cancel your order after order confirmation, for whatever reason, with any purchase made on this site, any return or refund request must be made in writing to info@mmautospares.com. Should a return be allowed, the item being returned must be in its original condition. Any accepted refund shall be processed and issued via check, wire transfer, or credit card. The amount refunded shall be 75% of the original purchase price. All sales of custom, made-to-order products are final and no refund shall be issued for these sales.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@mmautospares.com

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mmautospares.com.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should email us to info@mmautospares.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation by Seller

There may be certain orders that Seller is unable to accept and has the right to cancel either by the Seller directly or Seller can instruct MM Spares to cancel such order. Seller reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in the buyer's order being canceled include, without limitation, non-availability of the Product or quantities ordered by the Buyer or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information. Seller may also require additional verifications or information before processing any order. All such cancellation shall be without any recourse to Buyer and without any liability to the Seller or to MeML

Cancellation by the Buyer

Buyer can cancel the order within 12 hours of placing the order to get a 100% Refund, after which no refund shall be processed. In case the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.
